recently had the pleasure of watching jsteave, cody garbrandt and francis train togeher and was it a non stop battle cody is looking good glad he is back in the fight game.steave impressive as ever was nice to see cody and steave spar better then alot of pro fights i have saw..francis looks good tough kid will beat BP.

his sparring needs extensive work. his head movement is terrible and predictable, he punches with his chin up(not tucked like you should), sometimes i cant tell if his right cross is a cross or an overhand right (sloppy), his footwork sucks, he doesnt sway his hips on his punches, hes not on his toes, his right hand drops when he throws his jab, and he doesnt set up his kicks with his punches. just my honest opinion.
